Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You can use the full platform; we'll prompt to upgrade only after the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), cheque or cash for Starter and Professional. Enterprise is invoiced annually. Razorpay/Stripe online checkout ships shortly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated for the remainder of the year; downgrades take effect on the next renewal so you don't lose data or seats unexpectedly.
Do you support GST and TDS?
Yes. Invoices include GSTIN, place-of-supply rules, HSN/SAC codes, and hotel GST is correctly computed on margin (not full selling). TDS on supplier payments is tracked per voucher.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible for 90 days after cancellation in read-only mode. You can export everything (CSV + PDFs) anytime. After 90 days the tenant is archived.
Is my data secure?
Yes — encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Hosted in India region. Daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention. Audit log on every state change.
